SOUTH WEST REGION COACH DEVELOPMENT FUND

The South West region is pleased to be able to offer limited funding to achieve individual Coach Development.

If you live in the South West Region, (Devon and Cornwall / Wessex) you may be eligible for a grant.

To qualify for a grant you must be able to meet the following criteria

1. You are a current Member of the British Canoe Union and resident in the South West region / or a Member of a Club in the South West region.
2. That as a result of attending the course specified you will be expected, as a voluntary helper, to assist in promoting / developing canoeing in your Club / in the South West region
3. That you provide a covering letter from your Club Secretary in support of your application.

Maximum grant available is normally limited to 50% of the course fee or £50. whichever is less.

Support to individuals attending closed courses within their Clubs would be considered.
